Damn Kid...
The video is in german, but I think you'll be able to understand what's going on. You can blame the parents for facilitating that kind of behavior. A child does not become that bratty overnight. If all you do is threaten the child, over time, they just keep pushing the limit. Take away privileges, toys, freedom, or whatever it is they love doing the most. Let them cry themselves to sleep, and over time, they will know you mean business. It's going to take some serious blood, sweat, and tears to rehab that kid. In short, that kid is in bad need of a good old-fashioned ass-whupping before it's too late.
